Making a 7" Mitre plane
This is the first plane of the season, a 7" all bronze mitre plane with exposed cupid bow dovetails. The infill will be boxwood.
I have put the sole on the body of the plane.
Peening the dovetails.
Filing the sole of the plane.

Filed and ready for the infill.
The finished plane infilled with boxwood.
